![]() ![]() Alongside this, being able to survive incoming damage is of high importance, and specs that can remain alive via the use of their own cooldowns or off-healing tend to do better, as they rely on less support from their teammates. A high tower also conveys a sense of isolation from 'normal' people, which the magician can use to study in peace, much the same way that monasteries are often on mountaintops. Talk to and choose that you want to enter the mage tower. May originate from the fact that many traditions link magic with astronomy or astrology, making the top of a tower a commonsense place for a mage to hang out. Just outside that tower is an NPC called War Councilor Viktoria. There is a location in Broken Shore called Deliverance Point that has a tower next to the flightmaster. Whether it be through crowd-controlling enemies or aiding their allies, certain specs and classes will have natural advantages over others, and can even hard-counter certain strategies thanks to their tool kits. Travel to Broken Shore that is located on an island next to Legion Dalaran in Broken Isles. Utility/SurvivabilityĪlongside raw output, utility is paramount to PvP performance. Likewise, healers that can more comfortably top their teammates will have an easier time, and earn a higher rank in the tier list. ![]() Whether it's through high amounts of burst, or constant damage over time, a spec's damage output is key to how successful it will be in the Arena. PvP can be simple at times - the team that can output more damage will hold an advantage over the other. Let me know what you think! Please keep it civil, I’m not really interested in “blizz bad” takes, I just wanna get this thing down and would love some advice or just to hear what your experience was. These qualities are primarily being considered in regard to Arena, as Battlegrounds have greater variance depending on the map and amount of players involved. Maybe the aff locks are having an issue? Though they at least have a mass stun in shadowfury.
